Milestone - Cardio Fitness: Below Average

Today, I reached another significant milestone in my journey. I now reached a Cardio Fitness of 34.1, that categorises it as the level “Below Average”.

By improving my Cardio Fitness also known as VO2 max, I boost my endurance and overall well-being. A stronger cardiovascular system not only helps me stay active longer but also reduces the risk of chronic diseases. As I work on my Cardio Fitness, each small improvement brings me closer to better physical and mental health.
