Milestone - Weight: sub 100 kg

Today, I reached a significant milestone in my journey. I now weigh less than 100 kg. The last time I saw this number on the scale was two years ago, so it feels like a meaningful step forward.

While I am proud of this achievement, I am aware that the journey is far from over. My goal is to get down to a healthy weight, which is under 70 kg for me. So, there is still a lot of work to be done.

This weight loss is just one part of a larger JourneyToLunar. The idea behind it is to challenge myself to cover 384400 km, which is the distance from the Earth to the Moon. But it’s not just about the kilometres. It is about improving my health and well-being along the way. Dropping below 100 kg is a great first milestone, and it is given me a boost of motivation to keep going.

I am feeling better already—physically and mentally. But I know this is just the beginning. The road ahead is long, but I am committed to reaching my goals, both in terms of weight and overall health.

Every step I take brings me closer to a healthier, stronger version of myself. I am excited to continue this journey.
