Weekly update #0001
On Saturday I started walking/hiking the Great River Path. That runs from Hoek van Holland (Netherlands) to Kleve (Germany) and has a length of 267 kilometres.
In total I walked 56.38 kilometres last week.
Today I weigh a 103 kg (-1 kg) and have a BMI of 33.6 (-0.4).
Also my Cardio Fitness (Apple Health app) has improved from 30.8 to 31.2 (higher is better), this will be a key indicator next to weight, because weight is not the full picture. The weight-loss will probably slow down in the next couple of weeks, so this is a good indicator. Maybe you have a great idea for another good indicator to track?
I have a created a todo list of things I want from this website, like automated data collection from my Apple Watch and iPhone, but also nice statistics to show, and a few other things. Probably also a good format for this weekly update. Especially when it is not only walking but also other workout types.
