Last week (2024-11-18 - 2024-11-24):

• walked 22.4 kilometres

My progress came to an halt. I stopped walking a lot, and stopped weighing myself. Only a few times, like twice a month. The next of Q4 my weight fluctuated between 84 kg and 88 kg.
