Weekly update 1

Last week (2024-12-30 - 2025-01-05):

  • walked 58.1 kilometres
  • weight 88 kg
  • BMI 28.7

It is a good starting point of my goal to lose 22 kilograms in the next 6 months. When I reach that I have lost 50 kg over a course of a year. Just by walking and eating the right food. It is very simple, but not easy.

Wrote a blogpost about the year 2024 and a blogpost about my goals for 2025.
